Turkey Wrap
Ingredients
1/2 c. shredded lettuce
2 Tbs. SPIKES’ Black Bean & Corn Salsa
4 oz. turkey breast, sliced
2 slices Monterey jack cheese
2 Tbs. guacamole
4 slices small tomato
1 (10 inch) gluten free tortilla
Directions
Lay tortilla shell on a flat work surface. Spread on Guacamole, then the lettuce, then the cheese, turkey, Salsa and tomato. (Serves: 1)
